Going (2000) Within two years leaded petrol will be withdrawn in all states of Australia (WA already totally unleaded). Valvemaster will be available at service stations to allow unleaded petrol to be used in older cars. Going (2002) On withdrawal of leaded petrol, Lead Replacement Petrol (LRP) will be provided for short transitional period. The lead substitute will already be mixed into LRP. Valvemaster provides the protective agent in LRP and is also available at point of sale for 'heavy duty' top-up. Gone (2004) Australia will become a totally unleaded market. Valvemaster single shot applicators and multi-treatbottles are available to provide lead replacement protection with all unleaded petrol.
